Warranty
One-Year Limited Warranty
BloomWood Cabinetry warrants to the original authorized purchaser that its cabinetry products will be free from factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when sold for residential installation and used under normal conditions. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased and installed within the United States, is non-transferable, and is provided solely to BloomWood Cabinetry’s direct purchasing customers.
BloomWood Cabinetry’s obligation under this warranty is limited, at its sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of any component determined to be defective. Replacement parts may be the same style or a functionally equivalent style currently offered. Due to product updates, manufacturing processes, and the natural characteristics of wood, exact matches in color, finish, size, or grain are not guaranteed.
This warranty does not cover labor costs, installation, removal, reinstallation, or transportation expenses. Installation, assembly, and jobsite conditions are the sole responsibility of the dealer, distributor, or contractor. This warranty also does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, assembly, modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Damage caused by environmental conditions—including but not limited to humidity, moisture, heat, sunlight, smoke, steam, water intrusion, leaks, standing water, or the use of harsh or abrasive cleaners, chemicals, solvents, or improper cleaning methods—is expressly excluded.
Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, color, texture, and appearance are inherent characteristics that contribute to its natural beauty. Over time, exposure to light, moisture, temperature changes, and environmental conditions may cause cabinets to darken, mellow, warp, expand, contract, split, or crack. These conditions, as well as minor variations associated with painted or hand-applied glazed finishes—including hairline cracks at joints, drips, runs, or color variation—are considered normal and are not regarded as defects under this warranty.
BloomWood Cabinetry reserves the right to modify product designs, specifications, and finishes at any time. If a warranted product or component has been discontinued or changed, BloomWood Cabinetry may replace it with a comparable or functionally equivalent product currently available.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing by the original purchaser to BloomWood Cabinetry at info@bloomwoodcabinetry.com, along with proof of purchase and clear photographs of the alleged defect. Claims must be submitted within the one (1) year warranty period and within thirty (30) days after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. Products must be inspected prior to installation, and installation constitutes acceptance of visible conditions such as finish, color variation, and minor cosmetic issues that could have been identified before installation.
BloomWood Cabinetry reserves the right to inspect the product, request additional documentation, and/or require the return of the allegedly defective component prior to approving any warranty claim. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from BloomWood Cabinetry.
This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this limited warranty, or the minimum period permitted by law, whichever is longer. To the extent permitted by law, BloomWood Cabinetry shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of business, or property damage. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
