Return Merchandise Authorizations

BloomWood Cabinetry accepts returns on select items under specific conditions. All returns must be authorized in advance and comply with the following guidelines. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from BloomWood Cabinetry.

Returns are only permitted on BloomWood Cabinetry in-stock items. All third-party products are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return. Additionally, trims, moldings, fillers, panels, samples, and accessories cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All returned items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, and in their original, unopened packaging. Returns must be received by BloomWood Cabinetry within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Any items received outside of this timeframe will not be processed.

The customer is solely responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. BloomWood Cabinetry is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected. BloomWood Cabinetry reserves the right to reject any return that is incomplete, damaged, altered, or deemed unsellable. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed or credited.

A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. The remaining balance, after the restocking fee is deducted, will be issued as store credit. Store credit may be used for future purchases on the BloomWood Cabinetry website and have no cash value.

BloomWood Cabinetry reserves the right to request additional documentation, including photographs or proof of purchase, prior to approving any return. By purchasing BloomWood Cabinetry, the customer agrees to comply with all return policies and procedures outlined herein.
